Ministry of Municipalities and Housing: Launch of More Than 13,000 Investment Opportunities and Signing of Contracts Valued at Over 4.6 Billion Riyals Through the "Opportunities" Portal During the First Half of 2026

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced that more than 13,000 investment opportunities were offered through the "Furas" investment portal for Saudi cities during the first half of 2026, with contracts signed through the portal totaling over 4.6 billion riyals. The Ministry said the opportunities covered development and operation of municipal assets and service facilities across a wide range of economic activities, including agricultural, industrial, commercial, educational, health, environmental, public-facility, recreational, tourism, construction, real estate management, transport, and other services sectors.
