Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hugail stated during an official visit to China that the Ministry is working to build the first fully integrated smart ministry using AI, data, and modern technologies. During the visit he toured Huawei's smart operations and control center in Longgang, Shenzhen, and met with leadership of Huawei and ByteDance, noting the Ministry is a key partner to both companies in Saudi Arabia through its technical arm NHC Innovation.
