Minister of Municipalities and Housing Concludes His Visit to Jeddah by Inspecting Development Projects and Strengthening Partnership with the Private Sector

The Minister of Municipalities and Housing concluded a two-day visit to Jeddah, touring the Metals and Scrap City project where the first phase was fully operational with an investment of 650 million riyals, and launching phase-one municipal service projects (Building City, Cars City, Warehouses City, Rockets Market, and Trucks Housing City) covering about 20 million square meters with an investment of about 5 billion riyals with the private sector. He also met with Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company's board, which manages 35 projects across 8 sectors with investments of about 8 billion riyals, and reviewed Jeddah projects including a stormwater drainage project in Taibah district costing 362 million riyals at 96% completion, and the 'Alma' destination project spanning over 3 million square meters.
