This Ministry of Justice circular (13/T/1428) on real estate and expropriation addresses questions raised by some courts about partitioning inherited real estate located in more than one town, and about combining title deeds for adjacent properties owned by a single person; the matter was referred to the President of the Supreme Judicial Council by Ministry letter No. 18/1/407 dated 27/4/1417 AH.
