Ministry of Justice Circular 8/T/105 follows up on the Ministry's earlier Circular No. 170/1/T dated 24/8/1394 AH, which required that when a judge issues a ruling ordering a wife to comply with (obey) her husband, the judge must note in the deed the consequence should she fail to comply.
