Circular 13/T/6477 – Nationality and Passports: Lawsuit Against a Foreign National

This Ministry of Justice circular (13/T/6477) addresses cases reported by some courts in which non-Saudi husbands obtained a final exit visa for their wife through the Absher system while a dispute existed between them, after which the wife filed a lawsuit against him in court; the courts requested guidance on the procedure to follow.
