Ministry of Justice Circular 13/T/6434 references Ministry Circular No. 13/T/2155 dated 5/1/1424 AH, which in turn referred to Circulars No. 12/166/T dated 21/8/1406 AH and No. 13/T/786 dated 17/5/1416 AH, on requests to issue a replacement deed for lost real estate deeds; the claimant must advertise in a local newspaper for one month, and the Ministry of Finance must be provided a copy.
