Ministry of Justice Circular No. 13/T/7637 refers to the Ministry's earlier Circular No. 13/T/6390 dated 26/10/1437 AH, on treating conciliation minutes issued by amicable settlement departments as enforceable instruments, and to Circular No. 13/T/7591 dated 12/03/1440 AH, which conveyed Royal Decree No. M/14 dated 22/02/1440 AH.
