Ministry of Justice Circular 13/T/8086 references the Ministry's earlier Circular 13/T/4687 of 10/9/1433 AH, which was based on Royal Decree No. M/53 of 13/8/1433 AH approving the Enforcement Law, whose Article Nine is invoked in relation to adjudicating judges.
