Ministry of Justice Circular 13/T/8748 refers to Circular 13/T/4687 of 10/9/1433 AH on the Enforcement Law and Circular 13/T/4892 of 17/4/1434 AH on the Enforcement Law's Executive Regulation. It cites Article 17/3 of the Regulation, which provides that the enforcement judge may, where warranted, order a travel ban on a debtor's debtor and on the debtor's accountants and employees, for purposes of disclosure or to end Hajj-related procedures.
