The Ministry of Justice issued Circular 13/T/4412 on mortgage (rahn), supplementing an earlier ministry circular No. 13/T/4237 dated 8/5/1432 AH, which was itself based on a letter from the Minister of Housing No. 127 dated 28/4/1432 AH concerning an announcement by a fund whose name is not fully legible in the available text.
