Circular 13/T/8503 – Consolidation of Control Systems and the Notary Deeds Register

This Ministry of Justice circular (13/T/8503) references an earlier circular (13/T/7577, dated 4/3/1440 AH) that launched a deed-update service allowing a beneficiary to register deed data and owner identity and attach a copy of the original deed via the Ministry of Justice portal, with an electronically registered request being sufficient.
