This Ministry of Justice circular refers to earlier Ministry circulars No. 13/T/4687 dated 10/9/1433 AH, issued based on Royal Decree No. (M/53) dated 13/8/1433 AH approving the Enforcement Law, whose Article Three states that the enforcement judge has jurisdiction to decide disputes.
