This Ministry of Justice circular (13/T/1891) on cassation regulations follows up on Circular No. 13/T/1852 dated 26/8/1422 AH, which was based on a telegram from the Royal Court President, No. 14190/R dated 2/8/1422 AH, enclosing Council of Ministers Resolution No. 200 dated 14/7/1422 AH approving the Criminal Procedure Law.
