This Ministry of Justice circular (13/T/6767) is issued as a follow-up to earlier ministry circulars No. 13/T/2328 of 18/9/1424 AH, No. 13/T/4638 of 7/7/1433 AH, and No. 13/T/6251 of 5/7/1437 AH, concerning the identity documentation of foreign residents, in connection with a notary proxy matter for foreign prisoners.
