This Ministry of Justice circular (No. 13/T/6167) follows Circular No. 13/T/5332 of 19/5/1435H, which communicated the Implementing Regulations of the Sharia Pleadings Law issued under Decision No. 39933 of 19/5/1435H; it notes that paragraph 78/1/E of those Regulations provides that where a jurisdictional conflict arises between a court and a notary office, the papers are referred to the Supreme Court for a binding ruling.
