الوافد الذي يتأخر عن المغادرة عقب انتهاء صلاحية تأشيرة الدخول الممنوحة له سيعاقب بغرامة مالية تصل إلى (50.000) ريال والسجن والترحيل

The Ministry of Interior stipulates that a visitor who fails to depart after the expiry of their entry visa shall be subject to penalties including a fine of up to SAR 50,000, imprisonment, and deportation.
