Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – the fourth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition will be held from 13 to 16 January at the Jeddah Super Dome. The event is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Guests of Allah Service Program, with the participation of a number of ministers, ambassadors, and leading service provider companies locally and internationally. The conference aims to enhance the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah, build bridges of cooperation with Hajj affairs offices and service providers through adopting innovative solutions that contribute to developing the Hajj ecosystem and raising operational efficiency. It serves as a comprehensive strategic platform for exchanging expertise and knowledge, and for enhancing competitiveness and transparency among service providers. The conference will host academics, researchers, Hajj affairs offices, diplomatic mission representatives, and 250 entities from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, with participants from 87 countries. The program includes more than 47 discussion sessions and 50 workshops, featuring over 100 speakers including ministers, diplomats, and specialized experts, addressing challenges related to developing Hajj services such as sustainability, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies, in addition to presenting new ideas to support entrepreneurial and innovative projects in the Hajj sector. On the sidelines, a specialized exhibition—the largest of its kind—will be held over an area of 50,000 square meters with 280 exhibitors from various sectors showcasing the latest technologies and services aimed at improving the Hajj journey. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited interested parties and experts from around the world to participate in this important international event, which seeks to achieve the objectives of the Guests of Allah Service Program, one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs, by developing the Hajj system and improving services provided to pilgrims. It is noteworthy that the previous edition achieved tangible success, with 202 cooperation agreements signed, participation from representatives of 87 countries, extensive media coverage totaling 1,430 local and international reports, and more than 100,000 visitors to the accompanying exhibition.
