The conference, held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud — may Allah protect him — will run from 13 to 16 January, featuring 75 dialogue sessions aimed at shaping the future of sectors related to the Guests of Allah, with expectations of attracting 150,000 visitors. It will witness the interest and participation of a number of ministers and ambassadors, as well as major service-providing companies locally and internationally, enhancing the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah and building bridges of cooperation with Hajj Affairs Offices through the adoption of innovative solutions that contribute to developing the service ecosystem and raising performance efficiency. The conference represents a comprehensive strategic platform for exchanging expertise and knowledge and enhancing competitiveness and transparency among service providers in this vital sector, with the participation of a select group of academics and researchers, Hajj Affairs Offices, and representatives of diplomatic missions, in addition to 250 entities from the public, private, and non-profit sectors. It will also focus on discussing challenges related to the development of Hajj services, such as sustainability, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies, in addition to presenting new ideas to support entrepreneurial and innovative projects in the Hajj sector. On the sidelines of the conference, a specialized exhibition for Hajj services will be held on an area of 50,000 square meters to showcase the latest technologies and services that enrich the Hajj experience and improve the services provided to the Guests of Allah, in line with the objectives of the Guests of Allah Service Program, one of the ambitious programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
