His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, inspected the camps in the holy site of Mina to assess their readiness in preparation for the Hajj season 1447H. This visit is part of ongoing field follow-ups to enhance the quality of services provided to the Guests of Rahman. During the visit, His Excellency emphasized that preparations for organizing housing and accommodation in the Holy Sites began early. He praised the high level of readiness of the Mina camps, which reflects the efficiency of early planning and the integrated coordination between relevant entities, contributing to increased operational efficiency and an improved pilgrim experience. His Excellency explained that this year marks the first-time activation of electronic systems to monitor pilgrim grouping (Tafweej) and organize entry and exit operations at the camps. Additionally, informational signage has been installed at camp entrances and exits, detailing schedules for departure and return along with other instructions. These measures aim to enhance pilgrims' awareness of grouping plans, organize their movement within the Holy Sites, and ensure their safety, God willing. This visit is part of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's continuous efforts to monitor the readiness of the Holy Sites and ensure that all preparations for the Hajj season are integrated. These efforts align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program to provide a smooth and tranquil Hajj journey for the Guests of Rahman.
