Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah organized the regular meeting with Umrah companies and institutions. The sessions witnessed fruitful discussions and constructive outcomes aimed at improving and enriching the experience of the guests of Allah, in addition to honoring outstanding entities in service provision. During the meeting, Dr. Al-Rabiah emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Ministry and service providers in the Umrah sector, stressing the need to adopt innovative solutions and elevate the level of services offered, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. He also praised the efforts of all parties to achieve an easy and distinguished experience for Umrah performers and visitors. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Ministry honored the outstanding entities that achieved tangible accomplishments in improving service quality, commending their role in enhancing competitiveness and providing an exceptional experience for the guests of Allah. It is noteworthy that the regular meeting is part of the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen effective communication with the private sector and service providers, aiming to improve performance and unify efforts to achieve integration in the provision of Umrah services.
