Minister of Hajj and Umrah Launches the 'Nusuk Business' Platform at the Digital Government Forum

His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, inaugurated today, on the sidelines of the activities of the second edition of the "Digital Government Forum", held in Riyadh, the "Nusuk Business" platform, which targets the business sector, to improve the services provided to the pilgrims, and work to involve entrepreneurs and startups of all categories, and the non-profit sector, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in empowering the private sector and achieving a better future. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has obtained a certificate of competence of websites and digital content, among the top 10 government agencies, and work to develop the services provided to pilgrims, which was nominated among the top 5 initiatives for the "Hajj Card". "Nusuk Business" aims to ensure comprehensive coverage of the pilgrims' journey, open the way for private sector investments, and raise the level of digital transformation to facilitate the access of pilgrims to all related products and services, within a reliable network of service providers approved by the Ministry. The platform offers many advantages to the business sector, starting with practicing their business, providing support services, and enabling them to provide their services to pilgrims directly, through the Nusuk system, to achieve a high-quality experience for beneficiaries, provide value with impact in terms of data acquisition, and integration with the authorities concerned with serving pilgrims and Umrah performers. Nusuk Business covers a comprehensive range of solutions and offers several products to enable business and fill and address gaps, namely: e-commerce to enable companies to sell through the application, identifying lists of products and services they offer to consumers, as well as providing data as a service, in addition to support services for companies to provide value-added services.
