The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah participates in the International Anti-Corruption Day.

In conjunction with the celebration of #InternationalAntiCorruptionDay, the General Directorate of Internal Audit at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched a reporting policy to protect integrity and promote transparency. This initiative comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to support the values of integrity and combat corruption. The Ministry also established an awareness pavilion in cooperation with the National Anti-Corruption Commission (“Nazaha”), aiming to raise awareness of the importance of promoting transparency and protecting public funds. The pavilion included educational activities and interactive programs highlighting the roles of government entities and society in standing against corruption in all its forms. The Ministry affirmed that the launch of the reporting policy reflects its commitment to providing a work environment based on integrity and accountability, encouraging individuals to report any practices that may conflict with the principles of transparency, while ensuring the confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers. These initiatives reflect the Ministry’s dedication to consolidating good governance values and enhancing public trust, emphasizing the importance of uniting national efforts to achieve anti-corruption goals and sustainable development.
