Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Launches the Nusuk Masar Platform

Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfig bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah inaugurated the "Nusuk Masar" Platform during the annual closing ceremony "Khitaamahu Misk," organized in collaboration with the Pilgrims Experience Program at the Ministry's headquarters in Makkah. The "Nusuk Masar" Platform offers a unified experience for all parties involved in the Hajj process, including pilgrims, ministry employees, service providers, and Hajj offices. It provides comprehensive information about the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah system, enabling service providers to make contracts and create more flexible packages. The platform also acts as a unified contract for Hajj offices, detailing the contracted services and allowing service providers to receive requests and finalize contracts seamlessly.
