Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Enhances Operational Efficiency via Monitoring and Control Center in Preparation for Hajj Season 1447 AH

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is enhancing operational performance during the Hajj season through the Monitoring and Control Center, in integration with relevant authorities. This initiative is part of a comprehensive system that monitors service workflows in real-time through interactive dashboards, supporting work fluidity and raising the level of oversight on the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah. The Ministry explained that the Center has contributed to achieving a qualitative leap in operational indicators through an advanced measurement system. This system includes tracking more than 95 indicators to measure the quality and efficiency of services, in addition to monitoring the operational status and following up on field variables. This is achieved by handling more than 2,000 direct intervention cases, in integration with all relevant entities, within a unified work system aimed at addressing operational challenges, improving service quality, and placing the pilgrim's experience at the top of priorities. The Monitoring and Control Center works in integration with a wide range of partners, including 7 government agencies and 25 Hajj companies, by providing the concerned authorities with the necessary data to make timely decisions. Furthermore, the Center is responsible for monitoring operational observations and enabling specialized teams to address them promptly, in accordance with follow-up procedures that ensure rapid processing and mitigate the impact of operational challenges. This enhances performance efficiency and bolsters readiness across all service sites.
