The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Launches New Services in the "Nusuk" App
وزارة الحج والعمرة تطلق خدمات جديدة في تطبيق "نسك"
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced a new step towards enhancing the digital experience for the guests of Allah by launching new religious services on the "Nusuk" app. This initiative came in response to a survey conducted through the "Tafaul" platform, targeting "Nusuk" partners to gather their suggestions and feedback on adding new religious services to enhance their experience and meet their needs. The options presented included: supplications, remembrances, an electronic rosary, and an electronic Quran. The electronic Quran service received the highest level of support from participants, with 48.5% of the votes from a total of 590 participants through the ministry's official accounts on Twitter and LinkedIn. This high demand for the electronic Quran service indicates a strong desire among pilgrims to easily access a digital version of the Quran, allowing them to read the verses of Allah at any time and from any place. Based on the survey results, the ministry is developing the selected new service, which is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2025 to provide the best experience for the guests of Allah.
