Today, Dr. Abdulfattah bin Suleiman Al Mashat, the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, is in Japan, assessing the positive changes in pilgrimage services to the Holy sites. His visit highlights Saudi Arabia's initiatives facilitating pilgrim and visitor arrivals to Makkah and Al-Madinah, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 goals. During his trip, he'll meet Umrah company leaders at the embassy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Tokyo. The focus is on showcasing facilities ensuring smooth journeys for Japanese citizens, particularly after Japan's integration into the "Nusuk Hajj" platform. Discussions will also center on digital advancements facilitating Hajj bookings directly through the platform. Accompanying Dr. Al Mashat are officials from the Hajj and Umrah system and the Pilgrim Experience Program, highlighting the commitment to enhancing Japanese pilgrims' religious and cultural experiences by fostering cooperation between nations.
