The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched an integrated awareness drive for the Umrah season under the slogan "Ease and Tranquillity," coinciding with the blessed month of Ramadan. This initiative is designed to raise awareness among pilgrims and visitors to the Holy sites, assuring the spiritual their journeys are filled with ease and tranquillity. The awareness drive, in its comprehensive approach, has addressed various related aspects, such as visas, the new 'Nusuk' application designed to facilitate the pilgrimage process, the sanctity of the entirety of Makkah, selflessness (preference of others), behavior, arrival and luggage, 'Itikaf' (seclusion in the Mosque), organizational, behavioral, and health guidelines, as well as everything related to the spiritual experience of pilgrims and visitors to ensure they are well-guided and secure during the journey
