The Third Edition of the Umrah and Visit Forum Kicks Off in Al-Madinah with Wide International Participation

The third edition of the “Umrah and Visit Forum,” organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Guests of the Two Holy Mosques Service Program, will commence on Monday, 11 Shawwal 1447 H corresponding to 30 March 2026, at the King Salman International Conference Center in Al-Madinah. The forum will see broad participation from business leaders, decision-makers, and specialists in the Umrah and visit services system from around the world to exchange experiences and explore ways to enhance the pilgrims’ experience. This year’s edition follows the successes of the previous two forums, confirming its status as a global platform for developing the Umrah and visit services system. It focuses on improving services provided to pilgrims and visitors in line with the increasing numbers, enhancing integration among relevant entities, and enabling innovation across various system pathways. The forum will feature more than 160 speakers, 150 exhibiting entities, and over 40,000 expected visitors—an increase of 25% compared to last year—including investors, experts, and sector pioneers, along with representatives from the non-profit sector and media outlets. Over 5,000 agreements and partnerships are expected to be signed, aiming to develop the services provided to pilgrims and visitors, and to enhance cooperation and investment opportunities in line with the sector’s rapid transformation and improvement in service quality. Over three days, the forum will discuss the integration of the Umrah and visit services system among relevant entities, improving the cultural and enriching experience for visitors, showcasing digital transformation within the system, highlighting excellence in services for pilgrims and visitors, and exploring opportunities to develop the system in order to enhance service quality, improve procedural efficiency, and open new horizons for innovation and partnerships in this vital sector. An accompanying exhibition will display the latest solutions in transportation, hospitality, crowd management, digital services, and sustainable solutions, allowing participants to review the latest developments in services for pilgrims, exchange experiences, and build professional relationships that strengthen partnerships and operational models. The third edition of the Umrah and Visit Forum reflects the ongoing support of the leadership for serving pilgrims, continuous efforts to develop services and enhance their experience, aligns with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s goals to integrate the system and expand partnerships with governmental, private, and non-profit sectors, and promotes innovation and digital transformation in services to improve performance and readiness in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
