The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has commenced a series of preparatory meetings with pilgrims' affairs offices representing more than 75 countries around the world in preparation for the 1448 AH Hajj season. This comes as part of early planning efforts for the season, as well as enhancing coordination and integration to raise readiness and facilitate the journey of the Guests of Allah. The meetings aim to discuss seasonal preparations, review the operational plans of pilgrims' affairs offices for the 1448 AH Hajj season, present the key instructions and regulations governing Hajj operations, address the requirements of pilgrims' affairs offices, and respond to their inquiries to support the completion of arrangements according to the approved timelines. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that these meetings fall under early preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season, guided by the leadership’s directives to harness all capabilities to serve pilgrims and ease their journey. This initiative aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program by fostering integration and coordination with pilgrims' affairs offices and relevant entities, raising readiness levels, and elevating service quality to enable pilgrims to perform their rituals smoothly, safely, and with an enriched spiritual experience.
