His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, continued his field inspection tours in Mina to review the readiness of pilgrim camps, ensure the quality of services provided to them, and monitor the flow of pilgrims to the Jamarat facility, as part of the direct supervision of service providers during the Hajj season. The tour included visits to several camps belonging to Hajj campaigns and service-providing companies. His Excellency met with company representatives and listened to the pilgrims, emphasizing the necessity of providing the highest standards of care and attention to the Guests of Allah, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment that enables them to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance. His Excellency inspected the Jamarat facility, reviewed the flow operations, and monitored the smooth movement of pilgrims during the stoning ritual. The flow was executed according to precise schedules and designated routes that ensure public safety and balanced crowd distribution. During the tour, the Minister stressed the importance of full adherence to the approved operational plan and enhancing coordination between regulatory and service authorities to match the efforts exerted to serve the Guests of Allah, in line with the directives of the wise leadership – may Allah preserve it – to employ all capabilities to facilitate the performance of Hajj rituals. These tours are part of an integrated oversight and field system implemented by the Ministry to monitor the performance of service providers around the clock, and to raise readiness and response levels across the holy sites.
