The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is strengthening direct communication channels with the Guests of Allah through the unified number (1966), as part of an integrated support and response system. This service allows for receiving inquiries, reports, and complaints 24/7 in 11 languages, contributing to facilitating communication with pilgrims of various nationalities and providing necessary support throughout all stages of their journey. The Ministry explained that the unified number serves as a direct communication window, enabling the Guests of Allah to obtain information, request support, and report service-related observations. This process follows approved procedures that ensure rapid response and efficient handling of various cases, thereby enhancing service quality and satisfaction levels. Qualified and trained personnel are responsible for following up on and processing inquiries and reports in coordination with relevant authorities. This integrated workflow supports swift response and accurate processing, mitigating operational challenges and contributing to the highly efficient delivery of services to pilgrims. The Unified Call Center also relies on a modern technical infrastructure that enhances performance efficiency through advanced systems for managing and distributing calls based on staff expertise. This supports the provision of accurate and fast answers and strengthens the effectiveness of communication with the Guests of Allah.
