His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdul Fattah bin Suleiman Mashat, honored the Ministry’s branch in Jeddah – Compliance Center, on the occasion of the Ministry achieving a qualitative milestone by obtaining five international ISO accreditation certificates. This honor took place during a ceremony organized to celebrate this achievement, where His Excellency praised the significant efforts of the team in achieving these certificates, which confirm the Ministry’s commitment to quality standards and excellence in service delivery. He affirmed that this achievement reflects the Ministry’s vision aimed at enhancing the experience of the guests of Allah. During the ceremony, Dr. Mashat emphasized the importance of continuing to develop services and raise efficiency and quality, noting that these certificates serve as an incentive for further hard work and innovation to meet the aspirations of the guests of Allah and ensure their satisfaction. The certificates obtained by the Ministry cover multiple areas, including project quality management, facilities management, and environmental management, reflecting the comprehensiveness of efforts to achieve leadership in the sector. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Deputy Minister expressed his appreciation for the distinguished efforts of the Compliance Center team in Jeddah, affirming that this achievement is part of the Ministry’s ongoing series of successes in achieving global quality standards.
