The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the commencement of the arrival of the Guests of Rahman to the Kingdom via air, land, and sea ports to perform this year’s Hajj pilgrimage. This takes place within an integrated system of services and facilities, following the directives of the Wise Leadership—may Allah support them—and in cooperation with various relevant entities to ensure seamless entry procedures and the smooth transport of pilgrims to their accommodations with ease and tranquility. The Ministry explained that air ports received a number of flights today from several countries, including Pakistan, Turkey, Afghanistan, Malaysia, India, Bangladesh, and Thailand. The total number of flights reached approximately 30, all received under organized procedures and integrated services designed to ensure rapid entry processing and a smooth arrival flow. It further noted that the ports have seen enhanced operational readiness through the intensification of working staff, the activation of dedicated tracks for pilgrims, and the preparation of reception facilities. These measures contribute to accelerating procedures and raising performance efficiency, alongside strengthening field coordination between concerned authorities to ensure fluid movement from the moment of arrival. The Ministry highlighted the integration of efforts among the various agencies operating at the ports to facilitate arrival procedures, expedite entry clearances, and provide multilingual guidance and support services. These initiatives aim to enhance the pilgrim’s experience and ensure their convenient transfer to their residences in Makkah and Madinah. The Ministry emphasized that these efforts are part of early preparations and integrated operational plans that were launched on 12 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446 AH. Under the directives of the Wise Leadership—may Allah support them—the goal remains to provide the best possible services to the Guests of Rahman, enabling them to perform their rituals in a safe and organized environment from the moment they arrive until their departure from the Kingdom.
