His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, launched the complete migration phase of the Ministry's Hajj and Umrah Information Center to 100% cloud computing. This strategic move enhances the readiness of the technical infrastructure, ensures business continuity, and raises the efficiency of digital services provided to the Guests of Allah, contributing to elevating their experience and making their journey smoother and more comfortable. His Excellency emphasized that this achievement comes as an extension of the continuous support given to the ecosystem serving the Guests of Allah by the wise leadership—may God support them. It also embodies the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program to build an advanced digital ecosystem that elevates the quality of services provided to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. He explained that the Hajj and Umrah Information Center was established in 2002 and has, for 24 years, formed the foundation upon which the Ministry’s digital services were built. Today, the journey of transformation to cloud computing is complete, marking a milestone transition from traditional technical infrastructure to an integrated cloud architecture that keeps pace with the latest global technologies. This transformation represents a new chapter in the digital development journey of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, providing a more flexible and efficient technical infrastructure. It further secures business continuity and enhances the readiness of digital systems to handle Hajj and Umrah seasons, supporting future service expansions. The Hajj and Umrah Information Center serves more than 20 million pilgrims annually. Its products include the Hajj and Umrah E-Track, the "Nusuk" app, and the "Nusuk" card. Furthermore, it integrates with over 70 local and international entities, supports more than 51 million users within the "Nusuk" ecosystem, and offers over 500 digital services.
