The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set February 14, 2025, corresponding to 15 Sha‘ban 1446 AH, as the final date to complete the contracts of Hajj Affairs Offices in various countries for services related to their pilgrims for this year’s Hajj season 1446 AH, emphasizing the necessity of completing these contracts through the “Nusuk Masar” platform dedicated to pilgrims from abroad. The ministry explained that it has established a precise timetable for the tasks required from Hajj Affairs Offices, comprising eight main stages, with the service contracting phase beginning on 20 Rabi‘ al-Thani 1446 AH, corresponding to October 23, 2024, and ending on 15 Sha‘ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 14, 2025. In order to achieve the best services for the Guests of Allah, the ministry stressed the importance of adhering to the requirements set by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom, including air and land transport requirements, as well as compliance with the security, health, and procedural instructions stipulated in the Hajj Affairs Agreement between the ministry and Hajj Affairs Offices in different countries. It noted that after this stage, no additional contracts will be accepted, as the actual quotas for pilgrims arriving from different countries will be determined, and the visa issuance phase will begin immediately. The ministry also urged Hajj Affairs Offices to educate pilgrims on the necessity of following Hajj rules and instructions, ensuring that visas and permits are obtained through official channels, and highlighted the importance of carrying identification cards, such as the “Nusuk” card, upon arrival in the Kingdom.
