During his visit to the Jadidat Arar port in the Northern Borders Region, His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, inspected the ongoing preparations for welcoming the pilgrims arriving to perform the 1447 AH Hajj rituals. His Excellency expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, for his continuous follow-up and dedication to enhancing the readiness of the region's ports to welcome the Guests of Allah. He praised the integrated efforts of all government agencies in providing services that facilitate arrival procedures and improve the quality of the reception. During the visit, the Minister reviewed the pilgrim’s journey through the port, starting from entry procedures, through reception and guidance services, to the organization of transport movement. This ensures the smoothness and speed of procedures, reflecting the level of care provided to the Guests of Allah from the moment of their arrival. His Excellency emphasized that the preparations for welcoming pilgrims at Jadidat Arar port are part of a comprehensive system dedicated to facilitating the pilgrim’s journey. This is achieved through cooperation between relevant authorities, the deployment of technical solutions, and the enhancement of field performance, enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility. This tour is part of a series of ongoing field visits to monitor port preparations for welcoming the Guests of Allah, supported by the directives of the wise leadership. These efforts align with the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives—to elevate the quality of services provided to pilgrims and enrich their spiritual journey.
