The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah organizes the regular meeting with Umrah companies and institutions to develop company performance in serving Umrah performers and visitors.

In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Ministry today organized its regular meeting with Umrah companies and institutions at its headquarters in Mecca, with the participation of ministry leaders. This comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the sector’s performance and empower it to improve the experience of Umrah performers and visitors. During the meeting, the challenges facing service providers were discussed, along with ways to develop operations and the services offered to the Guests of Allah. The speakers reviewed development initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of companies, enhancing compliance with operational standards, developing technical solutions, and providing the necessary support to enable service providers to achieve excellence and improve the quality of services and procedures. The Ministry affirmed the continuation of efforts to achieve excellence and sustainability by providing a supportive environment that helps Umrah companies and institutions perform their role in serving pilgrims and visitors, noting the successes achieved thanks to close cooperation among all relevant parties. At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah honored a number of Umrah companies and institutions that achieved outstanding results in performance indicators, compliance, quality of services, satisfaction of pilgrims, and accuracy of data entry. It is worth noting that the regular meeting of Umrah companies and institutions continues to emphasize ongoing efforts to achieve excellence and sustainability, and to improve and enrich the experience of Umrah performers and visitors at all stages of the journey, affirming the Kingdom’s leadership and position as a global Islamic destination through promoting innovation and integration in enhancing the experience of pilgrims and visitors, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
