The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Organizes Meeting with Foreign Hajj Pilgrims' Service Providers on Direct Hajj Packages in Preparation for the Upcoming Hajj Season

As part of the preliminary arrangements and early preparations for the 1446H Hajj season, His Excellency Dr. Abdulfattah bin Suleiman Mashat, Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, met with companies providing services to foreign pilgrims interested in participating in offering direct Hajj packages. During the meeting, Eng. Abdullah bin Jamal Jadkarim, Executive Director of the Direct Hajj Program, announced the launch of preparations for direct Hajj services through the "Nusuk Hajj" platform for the 1446H season, inviting companies to participate in the preparation program according to the schedule. He emphasized the importance of developing business models to face challenges and leverage opportunities to create a suitable environment that ensures the best services for the guests of Allah. The meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters in Makkah in the presence of sector leaders, highlighted the main directions for the 1446H Hajj season, key qualification criteria to ensure participation of the most prepared companies, enhancement of the pilgrim experience, and improving service efficiency. The Executive Director of the Direct Hajj Program predicted a 300% expansion in the number of pilgrims benefiting from direct Hajj services, reviewing the successes achieved by the "Nusuk Hajj" platform in serving the guests of Allah during the 1445H Hajj season. He noted that it enabled 50,000 pilgrims from over 120 countries to purchase Hajj packages directly without intermediaries, which helped reduce package prices and increased competition among companies. bIt is worth mentioning that the "Nusuk Hajj" platform was developed following the best global practices to provide quality services such as digital wallets and direct integration with international aviation systems, enabling pilgrims to select suitable flights from more than 450 airlines.
