At the launch of the "Hajj is an Act of Worship and Civilized Behaviour" campaign for its sixteenth season, Prince Saud underscored the significance of adhering to regulations. Attended by royal dignitaries, excellencies, and officials from relevant authorities, the campaign, themed "No Hajj Without a Valid Permit," highlights the importance of upholding regulations to maintain the sanctity of the pilgrimage. Prince Saud highlighted the campaign's remarkable success in previous years, effectively deterring violators and reducing unauthorized practices. This enforcement of regulations has significantly contributed to a more secure and tranquil pilgrimage experience, allowing pilgrims to perform the fifth pillar of Islam in comfort.
