The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, witnessed during his visit to the Republic of Senegal the holding of the “Nusk” platform council, which aims to introduce Umrah service providers in Senegal to the digital features and capabilities offered by the platform, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to pilgrims and visitors. During the meeting, His Excellency discussed the Kingdom’s efforts to facilitate the Umrah journey through advanced digital solutions, enabling pilgrims to access comprehensive and integrated services with ease. The role of the “Nusk” platform in enhancing the pilgrims’ experience was also highlighted, by simplifying booking and electronic payment procedures and enabling service providers to offer diverse packages that meet the needs of different groups. This visit comes as part of an official tour conducted by the Minister to strengthen cooperation with Islamic countries and develop Umrah services, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 aimed at improving the experience of the guests of the Two Holy Mosques and raising the quality of services provided to them.
