The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah completes the distribution of pilgrims’ movement timetables for the Jamarat during the days of Tashreeq
وزارة الحج والعمرة تستكمل توزيع جداول تفويج الحجاج لرمي الجمرات خلال أيام التشريق
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has completed the distribution of the scheduling timetables for the movement of pilgrims to the Jamarat, as part of its preparations to organize the flow of the Guests of Allah during the days of Tashreeq, ensuring the highest standards of safety and smoothness, and contributing to improving the pilgrims’ experience in the Holy Sites. This step comes within an integrated strategy prepared by the Ministry to manage the movement during Hajj 1446 AH, based on a unified operational model linking regulatory and service authorities through the "Movements and Joint Operations Center," which represents one of the most prominent transformations in the crowd management system this year. The timetables were prepared taking into account the pilgrims’ accommodations and routes, relying on dedicated transportation means including buses and the Holy Sites train, ensuring organized and safe movement to the Jamarat facility. This plan enhances the positive outcomes achieved in recent days, including the smooth movement of pilgrims to the Jamarat on the morning of Eid al-Adha without congestion. The plan underwent a series of precise simulation exercises before the season started, covering multiple scenarios of density and delay, with field teams trained for rapid response and real-time coordination, ensuring full readiness to handle various operational cases. On the technical side, the Ministry’s "Monitoring and Control Center" continues to operate around the clock, supported by a network of smart cameras, a central tracking system, and AI technologies to detect congestion indicators and redirect crowds when needed. The digital "Nusuk" card has contributed to regulating entry to the Jamarat facility according to the specified timetables, integrated with the "Nusuk" and "Tawakkalna" platforms. The implementation of the movement plans in recent days and the completion of the timetable distribution for the days of Tashreeq confirm the maturity of the operational system and its integration with the objectives of the "Guests of Allah Service Program," one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs, in providing a more organized, flexible, and high-quality Hajj experience.
