The Umrah and Ziyarah Forum in Madinah resulted in the signing of hundreds of agreements in the fields of cooperation, partnership, and integration among numerous national and international entities and companies providing services to the Guests of Rahman, including Umrah performers and visitors. The agreements signed during the third edition of the forum, currently taking place at the King Salman International Convention Center in Madinah, aim to enhance the Umrah and Ziyarah service ecosystem by unifying the efforts of relevant authorities, startups, investors, and entrepreneurs. This enables them to build knowledge partnerships that support the development of the spiritual journey, raise the quality of the experience for Umrah performers and visitors, and create comprehensive cooperation tracks between entities operating in the sector. The scope of these agreements included transport and logistics, catering and food services, hospitality, technology and digital transformation, training and qualification, investment, and international marketing. They also covered building knowledge and operational partnerships between government agencies, private companies, and international institutions, supporting environmental and economic sustainability programs and initiatives in services, and developing innovative technical solutions while enhancing infrastructure and support services in the housing, transport, catering, and hospitality sectors, among other fields. The forum targets the signing of more than 5,000 agreements in its third edition this year. Generally, the agreements focus on high-impact partnerships that support the vision of serving the Guests of Rahman. They aim to provide innovative solutions contributing to the sustainable development of the Umrah and Ziyarah sector, strengthen cooperation tracks between entities, support the building of strategic partnerships, and launch initiatives that foster innovation, solutions, and developmental trends for the comprehensive and sustainable growth of the sector. This aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program, while strengthening international partnerships in this vital field. The forum, which concludes its activities today, is witnessing broad local and international attendance from government sectors and bodies, private sector companies, and non-profit organizations that provide services to the Guests of Rahman. It includes an accompanying exhibition featuring more than 150 entities, dialogue sessions, workshops, and a hackathon to support innovations and sustainable solutions for various services related to the Umrah and Ziyarah sector.
