The Governor of Dagestan Receives the Minister of Hajj and Umrah

The Governor of Dagestan, Mr. Sergey Melikov, received His Excellency Dr. Tawfig bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, in an official meeting in the capital, Makhachkala. The meeting was attended by His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah, the Grand Mufti of the Republic, as well as the Ministers of State and Tourism. During the meeting, the ongoing Saudi efforts to enhance the journey of the guests of Allah coming from Dagestan and across Russia were reviewed. Dr. Al-Rabiah emphasized the importance of improving and facilitating procedures for pilgrims and visitors, reaffirming Saudi Arabia's commitment to providing the best services for the guests of Allah. Mr. Melikov expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by Saudi Arabia in this field, highlighting the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries to facilitate the travel of visitors from Dagestan to the holy sites with ease. This meeting aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and the region of Dagestan, facilitating all procedures and services for pilgrims from Dagestan to perform their rituals with comfort and peace of mind.
