The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program, organized the annual closing ceremony, "Khitaamuhu Misk," at the Ministry's headquarters in Makkah. The event honoured the winners of the "Labbaytum" Excellence Award for service to the pilgrims and celebrated partners' efforts in providing the best services. Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfig bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, announced the start of preparations for the upcoming Umrah season and the timeline for the 1446 AH Hajj season. He also launched the "Nusuk Masar" Platform to enhance the experience for the guests of Allah and improve the services the system's partners provided. In his speech, Dr. Al-Rabiah highlighted the success achieved through the grace of Allah and the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He emphasized the collaborative efforts of all sectors and agencies in serving the pilgrims, which significantly improved their comfort and service quality. Dr. Al-Rabiah announced the delivery of the initial arrangement document to the Hajj offices for the 1446 AH Hajj season, including each country's quota. This ensures the provision of excellent services befitting the guests of Allah. Hajj offices can contract service companies for three years to maintain continuous service quality with fixed campsite allocations. Service companies must offer accommodation and catering services as part of the package in collaboration with the Hajj offices. Additionally, Hajj offices must contract with a health service provider licensed by the Ministry of Health to ensure medical services. At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Al-Rabiah and his deputy, Dr. Abdul Fattah bin Suleiman Mashat, honoured the winners of the "Labbaytum" Excellence Award for service to the pilgrims. The "Hajj Offices Path" grand prize went to the Hajj Office of the Republic of Iraq. The Hajj Offices of Turkey, China, and South Africa received the second prize for compliance with the Ministry's instructions. Malaysia, Jordan, and Benin were recognized for the highest beneficiary satisfaction, while Algeria, Tunisia, and Comoros were commended for meeting the highest standards in completing Hajj visas before the deadline. The ceremony celebrated the participating agencies in this year's 1445 AH Hajj season.
