In Continuation of International Outreach Tours, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah Visits the Republic of Indonesia

Today, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, begins his diplomatic visit to Indonesia. He will focus on improving services for Indonesian pilgrims. The trip marks a significant step in strengthening collaboration between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia to enhance the efficiency of services provided to pilgrims. During his stay, Dr. Al-Rabiah will meet with Indonesian officials and leaders of Umrah companies to discuss facilities that ensure a smooth pilgrimage to Makkah and Al-Madinah. He will also highlight initiatives to enrich the pilgrim experience, such as tours of historical sites and integrating digital technology into the Hajj and Umrah processes. Additionally, the visit includes launching an exhibition featuring the "Nusuk" platform, demonstrating its importance in assisting pilgrims. Accompanied by a high-level delegation from the Ministry and representatives from the private sector, Dr. Al-Rabiah aims to forge partnerships, boost cooperation, and streamline the arrival process for Indonesian pilgrims to enhance their overall experience. This visit is part of broader international efforts by the Minister to promote the advancements Saudi Arabia has made in pilgrim services under the Kingdom's Vision 2030, emphasizing the commitment to facilitating access to the Two Holy Mosques for pilgrims worldwide.
