Go to the homepage. 2. Browse the card services. 3. Click on the "Issue Hajj Completion Certificate" icon. 4. Select the appropriate design. 5. Download the design. 6. Finally, click on "Issue Certificate." The Ministry congratulates the pilgrims on completing their rituals and encourages them to use this service starting today.
