Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Announces Start of Hajj 1447H Package Booking Phase for Pilgrims Within the Kingdom

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the start of the Hajj 1447H package booking phase for those wishing to perform the pilgrimage from within the Kingdom (citizens and residents with a valid residence permit) through the “Nusuk” app and the official website. This follows the data registration phase announced on 6 Ramadan. The Ministry explained that applicants at this stage can review the available packages, select the most suitable one, issue a booking invoice, and pay through the “SADAD” system as part of a fully digital process aimed at organizing seats and ensuring fair access. The Ministry indicated that the invoice payment period extends to 72 hours until 27/11/1447 H, while starting 28/11/1447 H, the period will be limited to 6 hours only, to provide the opportunity to the largest possible number of beneficiaries. Bookings will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within the specified period. Cancellation requests follow the approved cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made before the issuance of the permit and until 30/10/1447 H without any deduction, while prescribed discounts apply after the permit issuance according to the cancellation request date. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations from 01/12/1447 H until the platform closes. The Ministry called on those wishing to perform Hajj to promptly book packages and complete payment within the specified period, emphasizing the need to review package details and conditions before confirming the contract.
