The Monitoring and Control Center at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues its work in overseeing and managing operational activities for the 1446 AH Hajj season, within an integrated framework of continuous coordination and unified efforts to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and high-quality services for the Guests of Allah. The Center represents a strategic step in enhancing Hajj and Umrah sector performance by integrating data and information related to the pilgrim’s journey from country of arrival through accommodation in Makkah and Madinah. It aims to ensure compliance and delivery of agreed services, monitor field performance, track pilgrim flows through smart systems and real-time dashboards, integrate aviation data to reduce airport waiting times to under 40 minutes, provide end-to-end journey visibility, track buses in real time, connect with over 400 entities, and enhance rapid response—supporting a seamless and reassuring pilgrimage experience.
