Governor of Madinah Region Receives Minister of Hajj and Umrah

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Madinah Region, received His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah and Chairman of the Pilgrim Experience Program Committee, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, accompanied by the CEO of the Pilgrim Experience Program, Eng. Mohammed Abu Al-Khair Ismail. During the reception, His Highness was briefed on the Hajj Project Management Dashboard platform, belonging to the Hajj Project Management Office (Hajj PMO), which is concerned with monitoring the readiness of works and plans for the Hajj season of 1447 AH, thereby enhancing the efficiency of coordination and integration between relevant authorities. His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah reviewed the components of the dashboard, which enables the continuous monitoring of progress in work streams through periodic daily updates. These include tracking readiness enhancement plans and their associated performance indicators, in addition to the progress of Holy Sites projects, the alignment of operational plans between entities, and technical integration with the central database. His Highness was also briefed on the Hajj and Umrah sector indicators platform in the Madinah region, which displays data and analytics of the services provided to the Guests of Rahman in the region. These platforms contribute to supporting decision-making by providing real-time and accurate data, which raises monitoring efficiency and enhances the ecosystem's readiness to serve the Guests of Rahman within the framework of the integrated institutional work witnessed by the Hajj system.
